Gift voucher terms and conditions:
- Gift vouchers must be redeemed in full within the validity period; any unused balance will not be refunded or credited. "expiry" date included on the gift certificate.
- Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. A refund can be issued to the purchaser of the Gift Voucher up to the expiry date of the original voucher.
- The voucher expires 12 months from the date of issue and it is up to the recipient to use the full value before expiry date. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Unused balance on expiry of the voucher will not be refunded or credited. If purchase exceeds available voucher balance, recipient must make up difference with another payment method.
- Duster Dollies is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.
